The Tórshavn Jazz Festival or the Torshavn Jazz, Folk, and Blues Festival is an annual music festival held in the month of August in the city of Tórshavn, capital of the Faroe Islands.
The festival attracts musicians from all over North America and Europe for a week of jamming. Since its first festival in 1983, the Tórshavn Jazz Festival has been celebrated with posters designed by a Faroese or Nordic artist [1]
Musicians such as Faroese-Canadian Lena Anderssen are regular performers at the festival.
